What you give us: if you submit the match form, we receive what you enter — name, email, phone, where you are in your exchange, estimated proceeds bracket, property state, and any notes. Reading the site requires none of it; every guide and tool is available without an account or email. The Boot Calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing. What's collected automatically: like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) that set cookies and collect standard usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived — to measure content performance and advertising. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes form submissions and standard server logs on our behalf.
Form information is used for exactly what the form says: matching you with a single vetted partner and communicating with you about that introduction. Analytics data is used to understand what content helps and what advertising works.
When you request a match, we share your submission with the one partner we match you with, for the purpose of that introduction — and we disclose our referral relationship with that partner to you in writing, per how we get paid. We also use service providers (hosting, form processing, analytics, email) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead lists, data brokers, or multiple firms at once. One request, one partner.
Google and similar providers may use cookies to measure ad performance and, where enabled, to show ads based on prior visits to this site. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ads Settings and manage cookies in your browser. The site works fine with cookies blocked.
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to manage introductions and our records, and analytics data per our providers' standard retention settings. Want your information corrected or deleted? Ask through the contact form or reply to any email from us, and we'll handle it. We honor deletion requests for our records and pass them to any partner we shared your information with.
This site is intended for adults; we don't knowingly collect information from children under 18. We're a U.S.-based site intended for U.S. users.
